The staff was very friendly and the location was good.

I like the cleanliness of the rooms and whole facilities and the staff were very professional and polite.

Nothing i didnt like.

Breakfast! Well I had only sunny side up topping with vegetables that what I requested it, but well-done to the ladies (commis cook) you make my days..and the small sister(internship) waitress doing afternoon shift, sorry can't recall her name??.. you are marvelous.. keep it up.. Thanks you for all of FOUR POINTS FAMILIES for the great and caring hospitality... InshaAllah will c u again in the next visit...

Pillows not that comfortable..?

The single bed is big enough for adult & kid to sleep together. Buffet breakfast was good despite nobody cleared your plates and you have to clear yourself.

The Aircon was bad and room lighting too dark for my room.

Staff tried their absolute best to make us feel comfortable and the room was great with the bed being a highlight of stay!

The surrounding area is abit sketchy, however the hotel made sure to have a staff to receive us when we returned at night and even when we had ordered food from gojek. Was very appreciative of it!

Rooms were clean and spacious. Very friendly and accommodating staff.

Breakfast for a big name hotel was very poor. Breakfast options should change and need to have a wider spread of options.

The hotel staff were excellent. Billy and Stephanie at reception were so kind and had a great hospitality.Also, the staff at restaurant for breakfast were great. They were always kind and having smile. Thank you very much!

The cleaning staff did a great job cleaning the room everyday. Spacious room and with comfortable king bed. The rain shower was great too.

Windows were filthy.The restaurant food wasn't good. Wine was too expensive.

The room was very clean and comfy. The staff were also very friendly and kind. We had 3 rooms and they were all quite close to one another. That was a bonus!

We came down for breakfast at 8am. However, the flow of the food was quite slow as it ran out quite fast and there wasn't any immediate top up. We waited for the pancake but since it took so long, we were asked to sit and will be served. But it was still quite long. My 6yo waited for her single pancake for nearly 20 minutes. When enquired, there was a whole tray of pancakes on the table. Seems like they didn't serve the ones they asked to sit first.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel! All the staff were very friendly. The highlight for us was definitely the exceptional service provided by Guest Relations Officer Ms Stephanie. She went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect and truly made our stay feel special.. The hotel itself was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. I’ll definitely highly recommend..

Even though i stay at smoking room but the room doesnt smell cigarette that much.

There is no P sign light on the door. Have to open manually and put signage. Quite old school if you ask me.

All the staff are extremely friendly and helpful!

The surrounding. There are quite some unclean area with homeless people surrounding the building. Do not look safe to walk out. Walked out to convenience shop around 8pm and McD was being dragged by a local for donation. Next is the hotel is located next to a mosque, wake up alarm at 5.30am.

Good staff and tasty foods.

Opposite to the hotel sewage water channel is located and gives bad smells.

The staff were lovely! They were so friendly and really put u at ease.. from the front receptionists to the waitresses at the restaurant and the live band during dinner. I really enjoyed myself. If I recall correctly their lovely staffs were Ayu, Kay and Natalia! Kudos to them for a great job! ?? ?? ?? oh.. and the breakfast set was enjoyable and BBQ dinner was lovely.

I'm all ok.. I have no complains!

The service was excellent, particularly Ayu at the front desk who made sure everything we needed was done. She gave us recommendations for dinner that we thoroughly enjoyed too. Breakfast was also great with a rather wide spread of choices (from local food, or continental breakfast, to fresh fruit and omelet/egg station as well as waffle/pancake station).

The pool area where the lounge chairs were didn’t seem very well kept (there were many puddles of water).
